Dear guests,

In the entire hotel, the 3G regulation applies to guests, i.e. vaccinated and recovered persons only need to show their digital proof of vaccination/ recovery.

Persons who are neither vaccinated nor recovered need an official, negative rapid antigen test (not older than 24 hours) or a negative PCR test (not older than 48 hours) for arrival.

Excluded from this regulation are:
- Children up to and including 5 years of age.
- Persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons (medical evidence required).
- Persons for whom there is no general vaccination recommendation from the STIKO.

For basic immunisation with the "Johnson & Johnson" vaccine, one vaccination is no longer sufficient; a second vaccination is also necessary.

Children over 6 years of age must arrive with a negative rapid antigen test -not older than 24 hours- and can then use all hotel areas.
Alternatively, it is also possible to perform a rapid antigen test upon arrival at the hotel.

Likewise, children over 6 years of age are required to be retested every 3 days during their stay and to wear a medical mask in public areas.

Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the above regulations.

Vaccinated and recovered persons do not need to be tested during their stay.

Persons who have neither been vaccinated nor recovered must submit a new negative rapid antigen test every 3 days.

Children from 6 up to and including 17 years old we ask to present a new negative antigen rapid test every 3 days.

In the hotel there is the possibility to perform rapid tests free of charge.

We smile with our eyes because our employees are required to wear a medical mask (even behind the scenes, such as in the kitchen and housekeeping).

Please bring FFP2 masks or similar e.g. KN95-/N95-/KF94-/KF95 masks (18 years and older) from home for your personal use.

Children from 6 to 17 years of age inclusive are also required to wear medical masks.

Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the mask requirement.

Our restaurants and the bar are open under the above mentioned conditions.

For your own safety, we ask you to wear an FFP2 mask (or similar e.g. KN95-/N95-/KF94-/KF95 masks) when entering and leaving the restaurant and when going to the buffet.

Club Vulcano will remain closed until further notice.

Access for external guests is permitted for breakfast and dinner.

Our pool area as well as the sauna area are open under the above mentioned conditions (only the steam baths as well as the salt grotto cannot be used at the moment).

Tested children and adults can also use the swimming pool area.

Access for external guests (Day Spa) is allowed according to the current regulations.

The performance of massages and cosmetic treatments is allowed under the above conditions.
