ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

ARRIVAL
Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and you can use the wellness area free of charge from 1 p.m.

AYURVEDA CENTER
Located on the 6th floor of Building 2. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can book individual treatments at the SPA & Wellness reception desk, via the online shop, or by calling 813.

BABY EQUIPEMENT / BABY BEDS
Do you need anything for our youngest guests—baby monitors, hot water bottles, baby food warmers, or similar items? We also have a supply of baby diapers in various sizes for emergencies. We are also happy to provide bed guards (unfortunately, these cannot be attached to the sofa beds). If required, please contact the housekeeper at ext. 280.

BABYPHONE
Conventional baby monitors work only to a limited extent due to the structure of our building. However, you can use our hotel’s telephone system via reception to monitor your child.

BABYSITTING
Depending on availability, we will be happy to arrange a babysitter for you (€20.00 per hour). We kindly ask you to make a reservation as early as possible in order to take advantage of this service.

BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS
If you would like a different size or need additional towels, please contact our housekeeping team on tel. 280.

BATHROOM STOOL
If you would like a bathroom stool, please contact us at reception.

BIKE RENTAL
Bicycles, mountain bikes, and e-bikes can be rented at the Schluchsee Fun Park (directly opposite the hotel).

BILLIARDS
The pool table is located opposite Café Gugelhupf. Pool balls are available at reception. 60 minutes costs €6.00.

BOUTIQUE
In our hotel boutique, opposite the “Am Kachelofen” restaurant, you will find trendy fashion, accessories, and home and living items from well-known brands. Please refer to our daily newsletter or the notice board directly in front of the boutique for the current opening hours.

BREAKFAST
You can enjoy our gourmet breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Families/groups of 5 or more people or people with disabilities can reserve a table in the restaurant by calling 740 or at our reception by calling 700.

CAFÉ GUGELHUPF
We spoil you daily from 12:00 to 18:00 with savory snacks, freshly baked waffles, and a generous selection of cakes from our in-house patisserie.

CHILDCARE "SPATZENCLUB"
For children aged 3 and above (who are potty trained), our “Spatzenclub” childcare facility is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Subject to change)

CHILDREN'S YOUTH PROGRAM
Each day is filled with fun and games, whether it’s treasure hunts, house rallies, sports tournaments, arts and crafts, painting competitions, children's discos, children's shows, and much more. Please refer to the “Kinder Blättle” for the meeting point for all children. (Subject to change)

CLOTHES HANGER
If you require additional hangers, please contact the housekeeper at ext. 280.

CLUB VULCANO
Our club is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and for special events—it can also be booked exclusively for groups. The exact opening hours can be found in the daily newsletter.

CONCIERGE
Our concierge is available at the reception desk and will be happy to assist you with restaurant reservations, excursion tips, or transfers. Contact via the reception desk.

DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. and return your room key to the reception desk. Late check-out until 7:00 p.m. is possible upon request. If you would like to spend some time at the hotel after check-out, you are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room.

DO NOT DISTURB
Please hang the sign provided on the outside door if you do not wish to be disturbed.

DUCKPIN BOWLING
The duckpin bowling alley is located next to Club Vulcano. 30 minutes for €20.

DUVET / EXTRA BLANKET / PILLOW
Additional blankets or special pillows are available upon request from our housekeeper at ext. 280.

ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS
To charge your electric vehicle in accordance with calibration regulations, a total of 10 electric charging points are available in our carports, opposite the garages after the hotel exit. Payment is made directly at the “Reev” charging station using credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (ad hoc), or an external charging card (eRoaming). After charging, please move your vehicle to a neutral parking space so that the charging facilities are not blocked for other guests.

FIRE PROTECTION
For safety reasons and due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to charge mobile phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, batteries/rechargeable batteries for e-bikes, etc. unattended in your room or on other networks in the building. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking and no open flames (candles, tea lights, or other) are permitted in the guest rooms.

FITNESS
The Sportarena, our new fitness area, is located above the indoor play hall, next to the “LUCIA” restaurant, and is open to our guests daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (ages 14 and up).

FLOWERS
We accept flower orders at least one day in advance. Please inform our reception staff of your wishes in person or by calling 700.

HAIRDRESSER
Our hairdresser Ludwig Kupka is a specialist in hairstyles and healthy hair. Mr. Kupka will be happy to provide you with professional advice on hair care and hairstyling. Please make an appointment via WhatsApp text message at +49 (0)152 04470162.

HALF BOARD
If you would like to book half board on site, please inform the reception desk. We charge €53.00 per adult per evening (instead of €48.00 if booked in advance together with the room reservation). The following prices apply to children, regardless of when the booking is made:
up to and including age 5 – à la carte from the children's menu
€15.00 per child for ages 6–11
€25.00 per child for ages 12 – 15

HOMEMADE PRODUCTS
Have you tried our delicious Four Seasons products yet? Oils, vinegars, jams, honey, and wines to take home are available at the reception desk.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Have you forgotten your comb, toothbrush, razor, or other toiletries? We have a small selection available for you at reception. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap are provided in your room. If you like our products, you can purchase them at reception.

INDOOR PLAY HALL
Our indoor play area is currently being modernized and expanded. During the construction phase, which is expected to last until early December 2025, the hall will be unavailable, but all children can look forward to alternative play areas with plenty of space, action, and fun to let off steam. We are looking forward to the new indoor playground in December 2025! Our playroom in the Panorama restaurant is available for your children every day from 6:00 p.m.

IRONING SERVICE
Our ironing service will gladly take care of your laundry—simply register at the reception desk or with housekeeping, and your ironing will be returned within an hour.

At our reception desk, you will find a well-stocked selection of daily newspapers, magazines, postcards, hiking maps, sweets, and chilled drinks for consumption in your rooms.

“KONUS” – BLACK FOREST GUEST CARD
With the Black Forest Konus Guest Card, which we will give you upon request when you check in, you can use public transportation (buses, DB and SBG trains, 2nd class, except ICE, IC, and EC) in the KONUS area free of charge. The KONUS Guest Card serves as your ticket. Please contact us for more information.

MINIBAR
The minibar is stocked only upon request. Please fill out the form and hang it outside your room door by 10:00 a.m.

PADEL-COURTS
You can conveniently reserve a padel court for your desired date via our online shop. €28.00 per hour/court, including racket rental (2 to 4 people).

PARKING SPACES
We charge €5.00 per night for our outdoor parking spaces. An underground parking space is available for €10.00 per night, and a single garage costs €8.00 per night.

PETS
Please understand that only specially designated rooms are available for guests with dogs. Below are a few rules that guests with dogs must observe:
- We can only accommodate animals that are house-trained and socially compatible.
- Liability insurance is mandatory for dog owners.
- Only one dog per room is allowed, up to a maximum weight of 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Cost per night: €25.00 excluding food.
- Upon arrival, you will receive our dog surprise package with a dog blanket, bowl, and towel for cleaning paws.
- Your dog is welcome here: Restaurant “Am Kachelofen” / Café Gugelhupf / Terraces / Hotel lobby / LUCIA / Bar
- Your dog is not allowed in the following areas: Inside the Panorama restaurant and throughout the spa area, including the pool terrace.
- New: A free dog washing station is available in front of the entrance to the indoor play area.

RESTAURANTS

The Panorama restaurant is the heart of our dining experience. Not only do we welcome you here every morning for a lavish gourmet breakfast buffet, but this is also where you will usually enjoy your dinner (a daily changing 5-course menu with vegetarian/vegan alternatives).
Breakfast times: From 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and until 11:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
Dinner: At 6:00 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. (please reserve your preferred time in advance). Hot meals served until 9:30 p.m., restaurant open until 10:00 p.m.

At the Am Kachelofen restaurant, you can enjoy high-quality steaks and Baden-Swabian starters. Open Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (subject to change).

The restaurant “LUCIA” stands for Italian cuisine and cozy get-togethers.
Open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (kitchen until 9:30 p.m.).

We kindly request that you reserve a table for all restaurants by calling 740. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a large table for groups of 5 or more people (including children).

For dinner, we recommend smart casual attire. We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops, and caps during the evening hours in order to contribute to the stylish and pleasant atmosphere of our restaurants.

RACING SIMULATOR
Our racing simulator delivers pure adrenaline and driving pleasure—whether you're a beginner or a pro. Get in, scan the QR code on the device, and start your personal race right away! From €17.00 per 10 minutes, you can have fun on the virtual track and test your driving skills.

REFRIDGERATORS &  MINIBARS
All room categories have a minibar. In the comfort category, suites, and family rooms/apartments, the initial filling is included.

ROOMSERVICE
Our room service is available around the clock on extension 701. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., we offer the full selection from our room service menu. Between 9:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., we serve a small, select range of food and drinks.

SAUNA AREA
We have several saunas with different temperatures, steam baths, a Himalayan salt cave, and an infrared cabin, some of which are available from 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, Children accompanied by an adult are welcome between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (children are not permitted in the sauna area outside these times). Our women's sauna is located in the beauty pavilion.

SEWING
Button missing? You can get a sewing kit at reception. We carry out minor repairs immediately and are happy to refer larger repairs to specialists.

SHOE SHINE SERVICE
If you require special cleaning for your shoes, please contact our housekeeper by phone at 280.

SMOKER
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, if you would like to smoke on the balcony, there is an ashtray there. You can also smoke in our smoking lounge in Café Gugelhupf. If you do not comply with this rule, we reserve the right to charge you €120.00 for the necessary special cleaning.

SQUASH
Two squash courts are located in the basement of the tennis and sports center. One session (30 minutes) costs €10.00. Book your court via our webshop.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Children under the age of twelve may only use the area when accompanied by a parent or guardian/adult.

TENNIS COURTS
The court rental fee for an outdoor court is €16.00 per hour. The racket fee is €3.00 per hour/racket. Please make court reservations via our web shop.

TABLE TENNIS
The table tennis tables are located next to the carousel bar and outside by our tennis pavilion. Table tennis bats and balls are available at reception.

You can purchase gift certificates directly online via our web shop.

VISITOR TAX
The municipality of Schluchsee currently charges a visitor's tax of €3.50 per person aged 16 and over
and €1.60 for children aged 6 to 15 (as of 10/2025).

WASHING GUEST LAUNDRY
There is a laundry bag in your closet. Please fill out the enclosed list carefully and hand it in at the reception desk together with your laundry. Laundry is usually returned the next day. Express cleaning (same-day return) is available upon request for an additional fee.

WAKE-UP CALL
Call the switchboard on 701 or press the “ wake-up service” button on your telephone: the wake-up service will ask you for your wake-up time. Enter the desired wake-up time as a four-digit number using the keypad and then press the hash key. Example: 0800 “#” = 8:00 a.m. 1400 “#” = 2:00 p.m. If you want to change the wake-up time, simply enter the new wake-up time. To cancel the wake-up call, dial 222, wait a moment, and then press the key.
