Accessibility
Our hotel is largely barrier-free. Most public areas of our hotel (Restaurant "Panorama", Restaurant "Am Kachelofen", Café "Gugelhupf", "Karussellbar"). are accessible without steps.

Allergies and intolerances
Please inform us of any allergies and intolerances at the latest upon arrival.

Arrival and departure
Our rooms are available to you from 3 pm on the day of your arrival - You can use the wellness area free of charge from 13:00.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am. If you would like to spend some time in the hotel after check-out, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room - our reception staff will be happy to assist you.
Upon request and subject to availability, we also offer a late check-out until 19:00 for a small surcharge.
To avoid waiting times at check-out and to allow you a relaxed departure, we recommend that you settle your bill the day before.
For a free transfer from/to Schluchsee train station, please contact our reception team.

Babyphone
Due to the way our house is built, standard baby monitors only work to a limited extent. However, you have the possibility to use this service via the telephone system of our reception.

Babysitting
Depending on availability, we will gladly organize a babysitter for you (€ 20.00 per hour). We ask you to make a reservation as early as possible in order to use this service.

Bar
At our carousel bar our team awaits you from 17:00 to 01:30 with freshly tapped beers, excellent wines, common and unusual spirits. Here you can also enjoy classic and exotic cocktails, which our bartenders mix for you with love.
Six days a week, our music entertainers are happy to entertain you live from 7:30 pm.

Breakfast
You can enjoy our gourmet breakfast buffet daily from 07:00 - 10:30 - on weekends and holidays from 07:00 - 11:00. For families/groups of 5 persons or more or people with disabilities there is the possibility to reserve a table in the restaurant by phone: +49 (0)7656 - 70 740 or at our reception by phone: +49 (0)7656 - 70 700.
External guests are welcome subject to availability and advance reservation at Tel.: +49 (0)7656 - 70 740. Price per person: EUR 35.00.

Boutique
In our hotel boutique you will find trendy fashion, accessories and home&living items from well-known brands.
The current opening hours can be found in our "Tagesblättle" or on the notice board directly in front of the boutique.

Café Gugelhupf
With hearty snacks, freshly baked waffles and a generous selection of cakes from our in-house patisserie, we will spoil you here daily from 12:00 to 18:00.

Credit Cards/Modes of Payment
We accept cash payments as well as payments via EC card, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Our reception staff will also be happy to inform you about our offer for regular guests, the "Vier Jahreszeiten Exklusiv Karte".

Disco "Club Vulcano
Our disc jockey and bartenders welcome you every Friday and Saturday from 22:30 with hot rhythms and cool drinks.

Electric charging stations
For charging your electric vehicle in compliance with calibration regulations, a total of 10 electric charging stations are available in our carports - opposite the garages after the hotel exit. Payment is made directly at the charging station "Reev" with credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (Ad Hoc) or external charging card (eRoaming). Please move your vehicle to a neutral parking space after the charging time so that the charging facilities are not blocked for other guests.

In our family apartments a basic equipment of dishes, glasses and kitchen equipment is at your disposal.

Fitness studio
Open daily from 07:00 - 22:00 for house guests over 16 years. Use at your own risk.

Fire protection
For safety reasons and due to fire hazard, it is not allowed to charge cell phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, batteries/battery packs of e-bikes etc. unattended in the room or on other networks in the house.
Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking and no open fires are allowed in guest rooms (candles, tea lights or otherwise).

Flowers
We accept flower orders at least 1 day in advance. Please inform our reception staff of your wishes in person or by calling 0049-(0)7656-700.

Games Worlds
Our indoor play world is located in the lower tennis hall and is an Eldorado with bouncy castles, trampoline, climbing wall and other child-friendly play facilities. Here all children can romp, jump and play undisturbed and to their heart's content. Access for children up to 12 years of age is only permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian and is granted from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm via your room card. Outside these opening hours, access is possible via a magnetic card, which is available for adults at the reception.
Our playroom in the restaurant "Panorama" is available for your children daily from 18:00.

Guest service
With the varied program of our guest care team you will stay fit and moving. Every day there are various sports courses, hikes, children's and other special offers, which you can find in our daily bulletin. This is available at the reception or in front of the entrance of the restaurant "Panorama".

Hairdresser
Our hairdresser Ludwig Kupka is a specialist in all aspects of hairstyles and healthy hair. Mr. Kupka will be happy to provide you with professional advice on all aspects of hair care and hairstyling. Half board
If you would like to book half board on site, please let the reception know. We charge EUR 53,00 per adult person/evening (instead of EUR 48,00 if booked in advance together with the room reservation)
For children the following prices apply, regardless of the time of booking:
EUR 1,00 per child up to and including 5 years of age
EUR 15,00 per child 6 - 11 years old
EUR 25,00 per youth 12 - 15 years old

Have you already tried our delicious Four Seasons products?
We offer e.g. olive oils with and without herbs, balsamic vinegars with fruit extracts, homemade jams, blossom and forest honey from our bees as well as our award-winning house wines (from one of the most renowned vintners in the Kaiserstuhl).
Take home a piece of "Four Seasons at Schluchsee" for yourself or your loved ones. All our high quality products are available for purchase at the reception or online via our webshop.

Kindergarten "Spatzenclub
Our kindergarten "Spatzenclub" is a paradise for children between 3 and 6 years.
Registration deadline for care in the "Spatzenclub" is until 21:00 the evening before.
The "Spatzenclub" is usually open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - please refer to our "Tagesblättle" for the current opening hours.
Lunch can be booked as an option.
Please note that your child must be diaper-free when you place him or her in the care of our childcare staff.

Kiosk
At our reception you will find a well-stocked selection of current daily newspapers, magazines, postcards, hiking maps, sweets as well as chilled drinks for consumption in the rooms. Here you can also get an impression of our Four Seasons products - homemade oils, vinegars, herbal teas, jams, honey, wines and our hotel mascot "Hetzi".

"KONUS" - free rides in the Black Forest
With the Black Forest KONUS guest card, which we will hand out to you upon request at check-in, you can use public transportation (buses, trains of DB and SGB, 2nd class, except ICE, IC and EC) in the KONUS area free of charge. The KONUS guest card is valid as a ticket. More information is available upon request.

Parking spaces
We charge EUR 5.00 per night for our outdoor parking spaces. An underground parking space is available at a price of EUR 8.00 per night and a single garage costs EUR 10.00 per night.

Pets
- Please understand that only specially designated rooms are available for guests with dogs. Below are a few rules to follow for guests with dogs:
- We can only accommodate animals that are housebroken and socially acceptable.
- Liability insurance is mandatory for dog owners.
- Only one dog per room is allowed.
- Costs per night: EUR 25,00 without food.
- On arrival you will receive our dog surprise package with dog blanket, bowl as well as a towel for cleaning paws.
- Here your dog may accompany you: Restaurant "Am Kachelofen" / Café Gugelhupf / terraces / hotel lobby / bar.
- Your dog is not allowed to stay here: Inside the restaurant "Panorama" as well as in the entire SPA area including the swimming pool terrace.

Refrigerators & Minibar
Certain room categories have a minibar, which we will be happy to stock on request using the order form on display.
If you need a refrigerator for your medication, please contact our reception (Tel.: +49-(0)7656-70-702).

Restaurants
The restaurant "Panorama" is the heart of our gastronomy. Here we welcome you not only every morning to the rich gourmet breakfast buffet with sparkling wine, but here you usually also take your dinner (daily changing 6-course menu with vital food selection, dishes à la carte, theme buffets).
Breakfast hours: from 07:00-10:30 during the week to 11:00 on weekends and holidays.
Dinner: at 18:00 or 20:15 (please reserve your preferred time in time).
Warm cuisine until 21:30, restaurant opening until 22:30.

In the restaurant "Am Kachelofen" you can enjoy - as part of our half board - healthy natural cuisine with products that come mainly from the region. The dishes are offered in buffet form and at the "front cooking station".
Opening hours depend on occupancy and season.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee a table or a large table for groups of 7 or more people (including children).
Your clothing contributes to the ambience of our hotel! Especially for dinner we expect an elegant wardrobe and ask especially the gentlemen to refrain from sportswear, open shoes and headgear.

Room service
Our room service is available from 08:00-21:00.
We charge a room service surcharge of EUR 8.00 for meals and EUR 3.00 for drinks.
You will find the room service menu on channel 2 of your TV.

Sauna area
We have several saunas with different temperatures, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto and an infrared cabin, some of which can be used from 10:00 am or from 1:00 pm, each until 8:00 pm.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, in the period from 10:00 to 12:00, children accompanied by adults are also welcome.
Our ladies sauna is located in the beauty pavilion.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Children under the age of twelve are only allowed to use the area when accompanied by a parent/adult.

Smokers
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
An ashtray is available on our balconies. Please make sure that other guests are not bothered by the smoke if you smoke on the balconies. We generally recommend smokers to use our smoking lounges, which are located in the lobby and in Café Gugelhupf.

Squash
Two squash boxes are located in the basement of the tennis and sports center. One unit (30 minutes) costs EUR 10.00. Book your court at the reception.

Tennis courts
The court rent in the hall is EUR 20,00, for an outdoor court EUR 16,00 per hour.
Please make your court reservations through our reception.

Visitor's tax
The municipality of Schluchsee currently charges a visitor's tax of EUR 2.90 per person over 16 years of age and EUR 1.20 for children from 6 to 15 years of age.

Vouchers
You can book, design and print various arrangements, day spas, wellness treatments and value vouchers online in our voucher store. Our employees from the reservation department will be happy to advise you on phone: +9-(0)7656-70-326 or assist you with special requests.

Wardrobe
Please contribute to the ambience of our hotel with your clothing!
Especially for dinner we expect an elegant wardrobe and ask especially the gentlemen to refrain from sportswear, open shoes and headgear.

Wellness reception
Our wellness reception is located next to the entrance to the swimming pool and SPA area.
Our SPA team will be happy to advise you there about treatments in the beauty pavilion, massage department, regeneration studio and our authentic Ayurveda center.
Cancellation of booked appointments: If you are unable to keep a booked appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we take the liberty of charging you 50% of the treatment price.

WLAN/Internet
Free internet via WLAN is available in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Two public PC rooms are available in the hotel lobby free of charge.
