Our Pilates instructor Evija Zubina

Evija Zubina is a state-certified physiotherapist and trainer for Pilates, postnatal exercise, and pelvic floor exercises. Her programs help with back and sciatic pain, pelvic floor weakness, SI joint blockages, and much more. She completed her various training courses at the Diakoniekrankenhaus hospital in Freiburg and in Bad Boll. For many years, she has been offering Pilates weekends several times a year, which are extremely popular with our guests.

Our Yogi Peter "Prataap" Schoppe

Peter Schoppe has been working as a meditation and yoga teacher at our hotel since 2008 and runs his own yoga school in Lenzkirch. He completed his training as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist at Yoga Vidya, among other places. Peter Schoppe is popular with our guests for his distinctive yoga sessions and, in addition to the yoga weekends in the Black Forest, offers several yoga classes every week at our hotel.
