Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and you can use the wellness area free of charge from 1 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. If you would like to spend some time at the hotel after checking out, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room—our reception staff will be happy to assist you.
On request and subject to availability, we also offer late check-out until 7 p.m. for a small surcharge.
To avoid waiting times at check-out and to ensure a relaxed departure, we recommend that you settle your bill the day before.
For a free transfer to/from Schluchsee train station, please speak to our team at reception.
Our hotel is largely barrier-free. Most of the public areas of our hotel (Panorama restaurant, Am Kachelofen restaurant, Gugelhupf café, Karussellbar bar) are accessible without steps.
For safety reasons and due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to charge mobile phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, batteries/rechargeable batteries for e-bikes, etc. unattended in your room or on other networks in the building. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking and no open flames (candles, tea lights, or other) are permitted in the guest rooms.
To help you enjoy every moment of your vacation, we recommend that you take advantage of our convenient pre-check-in service. You will automatically receive an email with a direct link to your data three days before arrival.
Please use the safe in your room or at the reception desk.
You are welcome to request a current account statement for your bill at reception at any time. Please settle your bill on the day of departure or—to avoid any waiting times—at the reception desk the evening before. You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by credit card (VISA, American Express, Master Card), or by EC card.
We accept cash payments as well as payments by debit card, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
The municipality of Schluchsee currently charges a visitor's tax of EUR 3.50 per person aged 16 and over and EUR 1.60 for children aged 6 to 15.
Your mail will be held at reception. Postcards and stamps are available at the kiosk at reception.
Call the switchboard on 701 or press the "wake-up service" button on your phone: the wake-up service will ask you for your wake-up time. Enter the desired wake-up time as a four-digit number using the keypad and then press the hash key.
Example: 0800 "#" = 8:00 a.m.
1400 "#" = 2:00 p.m.
If you want to change the wake-up time, simply enter the new wake-up time. To cancel the wake-up call, dial 222, wait a moment, and then press the hash key.
Free WiFi is available in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Two public PC rooms are available free of charge in the hotel lobby.
Newspapers and magazines are available for purchase at the reception desk. You will also find all of our hotel's themed brochures and the latest guest newspaper, "Meine Zeit," at the reception desk.
For even more reading pleasure, you are welcome to borrow our "Tolino" eReader from the reception desk.
Do you need anything for our youngest guests—baby monitors, hot water bottles, diapers, baby food warmers, or similar items? We also have a supply of baby diapers in various sizes for emergencies. We are also happy to provide bed guards (unfortunately, these cannot be attached to the sofa beds). If required, please contact our reception desk at extension 702.
Due to the layout of our building, standard baby monitors only work to a limited extent. However, you can use this service via the telephone system at our reception desk.
For dinner, we recommend smart casual attire. We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops, and caps during the evening hours in order to contribute to the stylish and pleasant atmosphere of our restaurants.

Please understand that only specially designated rooms are available for guests with dogs. Below are a few rules that guests with dogs must observe:
All room categories have a minibar. In the comfort category, suites, and family rooms/apartments, the initial filling is included.
Is the mattress too hard? We can provide you with a mattress topper upon request. Please contact the housekeeper at ext. 280.
If necessary, we can provide you with a small medicine refrigerator in your room. Please contact the housekeeper at ext. 280 if you require one.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, if you would like to smoke on the balcony, there is an ashtray there. If you do not comply with this rule, we reserve the right to charge you €120.00 for the necessary special cleaning.
Our room service is available around the clock on extension 701. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., we offer the full selection from our room service menu. Between 9:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., we serve a small, select range of food and drinks.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary intolerances upon arrival at the latest. You may relay your requests directly to our Service Manager at extension -740 or to the Reception at -702.
Our team awaits you at our carousel bar from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. with freshly tapped beers, excellent wines, and popular and unusual spirits. You can also enjoy classic and exotic cocktails, lovingly mixed for you by our bartenders.
Up to six days a week, our musicians will entertain you live from 7:30 p.m.
We spoil you here every day from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. with hearty snacks, freshly baked waffles, and a generous selection of cakes from our in-house patisserie.
You can enjoy our gourmet breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Families/groups of 5 or more people or people with disabilities can reserve a table in the restaurant by calling 740 or at our reception by calling 700.
If you would like to book half board on site, please inform the reception desk. We charge €55.00 per adult per evening (instead of €50.00 when booked in advance with the room reservation). The following
prices apply to children, regardless of when the booking is made:
The Panorama restaurant is the heart of our dining experience. Not only do we welcome you here every morning for a lavish gourmet breakfast buffet, but this is also where you will usually enjoy your dinner (a daily changing 5-course menu with vegetarian/vegan alternatives).
Breakfast times: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and until 11:00 a.m. on weekends and
public holidays. Dinner: at 6:00 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. (please reserve your preferred time in advance). Hot meals are served until 9:30 p.m., and the restaurant is open until 10:30 p.m.
Enjoy delicious à la carte steaks at the Am Kachelofen restaurant.
Open Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (subject to change).
The LUCIA restaurant is synonymous with Italian cuisine and cozy get-togethers.
Open daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (kitchen open until 9:30 p.m.).

We have several saunas with different temperatures, steam baths, a Himalayan salt cave, and an infrared cabin, some of which are available from 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Family sauna: On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, children accompanied by adults are also welcome between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (outside these times, children are not permitted in the sauna area).
Our women's sauna is located in the beauty pavilion.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Children under the age of twelve may only use the area when accompanied by a parent or guardian/adult.
Our wellness reception is located next to the entrance to the swimming pool and spa area. Our spa team will be happy to advise you on treatments in the beauty pavilion, massage department, and Ayurveda center.
Cancellation of booked appointments: If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the treatment price.
Depending on availability, we will be happy to arrange a babysitter for you (€20.00 per hour). We kindly ask you to make a reservation as early as possible in order to take advantage of this service.
For children aged 3 and above, our childcare facility, the "Spatzenclub," is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (subject to change).
Every day is filled with fun and games, whether it's treasure hunts, house rallies, sports tournaments, arts and crafts, painting competitions, children's discos, children's shows, and much more. Please refer to the "Kinder Blättle" for the meeting point for all children.
Our indoor playground "Zum Kuckuck" is free for hotel guests to use daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Our playroom in the Panorama restaurant is available for your children every day from 6:00 p.m.
The pool table is located opposite Café Gugelhupf. Pool balls are available at reception. 60 minutes costs €6.00.
The duckpin bowling alley is located next to Club Vulcano.
30 minutes costs €20.00.
Bicycles, mountain bikes, and e-bikes can be rented at the Schluchsee Fun Park (directly opposite the hotel).
The Sportarena, our new fitness area, is located above the indoor playground, next to the "LUCIA" restaurant, and is available to our guests daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (ages 14 and up).
Our guest services team offers a varied program to help you stay fit and active. Various sports classes and other activities take place every day, which you can find in our daily newsletter. This is available at reception or in front of the entrance to the "Panorama" restaurant.
You can conveniently reserve a padel court for your desired date via our online shop. €28 per hour/court, including racket rental (2 to 4 people).
Our racing simulator delivers pure adrenaline and driving pleasure—whether you're a beginner or a pro. Get in, scan the QR code on the device, and start your personal race right away! Starting at €17.00 per 10 minutes, you can let off steam on the virtual track and test your driving skills.
Two squash courts are located in the basement of the tennis and sports center. One session (30 minutes) costs EUR 10.00. Book your court via our webshop.
The court rental fee for an outdoor court is EUR 16.00 per hour. The racket fee is €3.00 per hour/racket.
For stays of 5 nights or more, the tennis courts are free of charge and can be used without restriction. This does not apply to the Christmas, Carnival, and Easter holidays.

The table tennis tables are located next to the Karrusselbar and outside by our tennis pavilion. Table tennis bats and balls are available at reception.

Our ironing service will gladly take care of your laundry—simply contact the front desk or housekeeping, and your ironing will be delivered within an hour.
An iron and ironing board are also available on request at reception.
Our concierge is available at reception and will be happy to help you with restaurant reservations, excursion tips, or transfers. Contact via reception.
The reception team is happy to assist you with printing, copying, and scanning.

Take a piece of "Four Seasons at Schluchsee" home with you for yourself or your loved ones. All of our high-quality products are available for purchase at the reception desk.
Have you forgotten your comb, toothbrush, razor, or other toiletries? We have a small selection available for you at reception. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap are provided in your room. If you like our products, you can purchase them at reception.
At our reception desk, you will find a well-stocked selection of daily newspapers, magazines, postcards, hiking maps, sweets, and chilled drinks for consumption in your room. Here you can also get an impression of our Four Seasons products—homemade oils, vinegars, herbal teas, jams, honey, wines, and our hotel mascot "Hetzi."
Button missing? You can get a sewing kit at reception. We can take care of small repairs right away, and we're happy to send bigger repairs to the pros.
Do you require special cleaning for your shoes? Please contact our housekeeper by phone at 280.
There is a laundry bag in your closet. Please fill out the enclosed list carefully and hand it in at reception together with your laundry. Laundry is usually returned the next day. Express cleaning (same-day return) is possible on the same day upon consultation.
To charge your electric vehicle in accordance with calibration regulations, a total of 10 electric charging points are available in our carports—opposite the garages after the hotel exit. Payment is made directly at the "Reev" charging station using credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (ad hoc), or an external charging card (eRoaming). After charging, please move your vehicle to a neutral parking space so that the charging facilities are not blocked for other guests.
With the Black Forest Konus Guest Card, which we will give you upon request when you check in, you can use public transportation (buses, DB and SGB trains, 2nd class, except ICE, IC, and EC) in the KONUS area free of charge. The KONUS Guest Card serves as your ticket. We will be happy to provide you with more information upon request.
We charge EUR 7.00 per night for our outdoor parking spaces. An underground parking space is available at a price of EUR 10.00 per night, and a single garage costs EUR 10.00 per night.
We will be happy to pick you up from Schluchsee train station—please arrange the pick-up time with our reception in advance.
Every week, the guest services team creates a new and varied program for young and old alike—all dates can be found in the (children's) daily newspaper.
