The activities offered by our active hotel in the Black Forest are ideal for improving your fitness and health – either alone or in a group. Every day!
- Daily activity program: Choose your favorite program from the numerous courses on offer and join in, for example, Aqua Fit, fascia training, morning gymnastics, Flexi-Bar, stretching, Nordic walking, body workout, abs, legs, and buttocks, yoga, meditation. - Sports arena with Technogym equipment for endurance and strength training: dumbbells, multifunctional equipment, bicycles, treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines
