We have developed various exercise programs for your meeting or seminar so that you can get (back) into shape or unwind perfectly after a long day. Such a break program is a great addition for all event participants. Why not give it a try?

After sitting for long periods, it feels good to get moving again and relax your back. Our program helps you achieve a new sense of well-being in no time.

Fit at work
This program involves exercises with the Theraband® that counteract everyday complaints and lack of exercise caused by sedentary office work.
This increases vitality and receptiveness.

Mental relaxation

Take this break and relax your mind. Experience mental and physical relaxation through a combination of breathing techniques and muscle relaxation exercises.
Short and effective. We offer the above break programs (20-30 min.) for groups of up to 15 people. Prices available on request.

Every day, we struggle with the sensory overload of our media-driven world. That's why it makes sense to treat yourself to a conscious break every now and then. Take a deep breath and recharge your batteries with our exclusive nature experiences:

  • Guided Riesenbühl hike: Discover the idyllic landscape around the Riesenbühl. On request, we can round off the approx. 1.5-hour tour with a regional picnic in the open air.
  • Alpaca hike: Experience pure relaxation. These gentle companions provide a very special sense of calm and make the approximately 1.5 to 2-hour hike an unforgettable experience.
