  1. Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. We are happy to offer you day rooms at a preferential rate (subject to availability).


    If you would like to take advantage of our free transfer service to/from Schluchsee train station, please let us know your arrival time in advance by calling 0049-(0)7656-700.

  2. The municipality of Schluchsee currently charges a visitor's tax of €3.50 for persons over 16 years of age and €1.60 for children aged 6 to 15. This is not included in the prices quoted and will be charged at the hotel upon departure.

    • Half board in the form of a 5-course menu when booked in advance: EUR 50.00 per person/evening; when booked on site: EUR 55.00 per person/evening

    15% early bird discount bookable up to 28 days before arrival, full prepayment upon booking, no cancellation possible.

    10% friendship discount bookable up to 2 days before arrival, full prepayment upon booking, no cancellation possible.

  6. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, verification code, and expiration date. Reservations that are not guaranteed cannot be accepted. Guaranteed reservations can usually be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations are subject to a fee and will be charged at 80% of the total amount of your stay. Exceptions to this cancellation period apply to certain price categories, e.g., early bird prices that require advance payment.
