Vtech – Fall Contest
Have you heard of the TV series Tut Tut Cory Flitzer on Netflix? In it, Cory the car boy has lots of fun adventures with his family and friends in Tut-Tut-Hausen. The series tells the story of everyday life in a completely normal (car) family. It is made with lots of love and humor and appeals to both children and parents. Our cooperation partner VTech now offers matching toys.
This Halloween, you can win a fantastic Tut Tut Cory Flitzer toy package at our hotel, consisting of 1 x Cory's House (play set) and 6 x Cory & his friends as electric vehicles with the original voices. Just the thing for little Cory fans and those who want to become one!
Post your most beautiful autumn picture—painted or crafted—on Facebook by 12:00 p.m. on October 31, 2020, at the latest. Children staying at the hotel during this time are also welcome to submit their pictures directly to the Spatzenclub. The winner will be chosen by lottery on October 31, 2020. The winner will receive the toy package by mail.
1. The organizer of the competition is Hetzel-Hotel-Hochschwarzwald GmbH & Co. KG, Am Riesenbühl 4, 79859 Schluchsee, Germany.
2. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Persons aged 18 and over with unlimited legal capacity are eligible to participate. In the case of underage participants, the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee requires the consent of their legal guardians. Multiple entries are not permitted. Participation is free of charge. Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods, services, or registration for a newsletter. Employees of Hetzel-Hotel-Hochschwarzwald GmbH & Co. KG and its affiliated companies, as well as all other persons involved in the conception and implementation, are excluded from participation.
4. The competition begins after the competition post is published and ends on October 31, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. or if the hotel decides to end the competition early. After the competition ends, the winner will be selected at random from all persons who have commented on the competition post or participated on site.
5. To participate in the competition, participants must comment on the competition post with a picture or submit it on site.
6. We will raffle off 1 x Cory's House (play set) and 6 x Cory & his friends as electric vehicles with the original voices among all participants.
7. The prize is non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The organizer is entitled to make changes to the prize, in particular to change the contents. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer.
8. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation or to extend or limit the time frame. Participants will be informed immediately on the Facebook profile in the event of a change to the conditions of participation.
9. By participating in the competition, the participant assures the accuracy of the data provided. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants, for example in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or if there is suspicion that they have used unauthorized aids or otherwise attempted to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, the refusal of a prize may also be considered.
10. The winner will be determined and the prize will be processed by Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee. The winner will be drawn on October 31, 2020, and will then be published as a comment below the competition post. Upon notification of the prize, the winner will be asked to send their full contact details and email address to the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee using the Facebook messaging function. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail. The winner must declare within 5 days of being notified of the win whether they accept the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
The organizer reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. The replacement winner must also respond within 5 days of notification. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
11. The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse with regard to the implementation, the decision on the winner, and the awarding of the prize is excluded. Should individual conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
