Soccer training during the summer holidays
The soccer camps during your family vacation take place on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday and consist of one training session in the morning and one training session in the afternoon. In the morning, the children practice the most important aspects of soccer.
These include, for example:
- Basic techniques: ball control, handling and movement on the field, tricks
- Passing exercises: distance & speed, both feet, one touch
- Defense against an attack
- Tournament and soccer mentality
Special exercises may also involve the use of light and sound signals, GPS (tactics and fitness), laser measurements, and much more during training.
At lunchtime, the children have lunch together before continuing with the second training session in the afternoon – this usually involves tournaments to try out what they have just learned.
