Gift vouchers and Vier Jahreszeiten Hotel Shop

If you want a gift certificate that is completely flexible and can be used for any purpose, a value gift certificate is the best choice. You can choose amounts of 50, 100, and 200 euros or an individual value. These vouchers can be used anywhere in the hotel: for consumption in the restaurants, café, or bar, for wellness treatments, or to pay for part or all of your stay. Only cash withdrawals are not possible.

In our hotel shop, you can purchase many Vier Jahreszeiten home-made products from the hotel kitchen: homemade jams, vinegars, and oils with fruit and herb additives, award-winning house wines, olive soap, Black Forest ham, and even the hotel mascot "Hetzi" as a stuffed animal. This allows you to bring the Vier Jahreszeiten and the Black Forest home with you.

In the Ayurveda shop, you will find many items from our Ayurveda center, from herbal and spice teas, spice blends and pressed products to Ayurvedic toothpaste and healing ointments. We also use many of these items for our Ayurveda treatments and cures. This means you can easily buy your favorite product online.

General information about vouchers for our hotel in the Black Forest

All vouchers that can be booked online can be personalized with a selection of images and your own greeting message. After paying by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), you can then print out the vouchers directly or have them conveniently sent to you. Items from the hotel shop are shipped via DHL.

All vouchers must be reserved in advance by telephone or in writing, stating the name and date of the planned redemption. The voucher number printed on the voucher must be provided. The voucher must be presented in paper form when checking in at the hotel. Consumption and services used outside of those specified on the voucher will be charged separately.

All vouchers from the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee include a one-year price guarantee. If redeemed later (within the legal validity of the vouchers of three years), a surcharge may be possible due to price increases (not applicable to value vouchers). In this case, we will inform you of this when you make your reservation.
