Culinary excursion to Switzerland
Apart from chocolate and cheese, there is hardly any other culinary highlight as closely associated with Switzerland as fondue. But who invented it? The popular broth-based version actually originated not in the Swiss mountains, but in East Asia. The name "fondue chinoise" refers to this fact, although the dish is also popular in China, Japan, Korea, and many other countries in the region in various forms.
A cozy fondue is all about conviviality, shared enjoyment, and relaxed, evening-long feasting. If there is also a snow-covered winter landscape outside the window, the atmosphere is perfect for a sumptuous feast – whether Swiss or Asian.
At the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee, fondue lovers can enjoy the Schwiizer Stübli. This rustic room can accommodate around 20 people, making it ideal for private family celebrations or conference meetings. You can choose between the classic "Fondue Connaisseurs" or the "Fondue Melange" with a fine selection of meat and fish. The hot pot experience is rounded off with crisp salads, market vegetables, homemade sauces, and oven-fresh baguette.

The price includes a starter and dessert. Fish and meat can be ordered at an additional cost. Side dishes can be ordered free of charge.
We kindly ask you to register by 4 p.m. on the same day so that we can prepare the fondue of your choice.
Vegan and vegetarian fondues are available on request.
External guests are welcome (upon request/advance reservation required).
