- A fragrant bath with candlelight in your "wellness tub"
- A foot bath with alkaline salt to detoxify
- Go to the forest, do nothing, and simply practice silence
- Play again (puzzles, Ludo, etc.)
- Do some crafts again (with chestnuts, pumpkins, pine cones, leaves)
- Get enough sleep and adapt to the rhythm of the season
